Questions

Frequently Asked

How do I choose the right size?
Every garment page has a size guide directly under the size selector, with chest and length measurements in both centimetres and inches. Because each piece is made to order we cannot accept a return for the wrong size, so it is worth measuring a shirt you already own and comparing before you order.
What does made to order mean?
Nothing is printed until you buy it. Your piece is made specifically for you, which is why there is no warehouse, no overstock and no waste. It also means production takes a little longer than shipping from a shelf.
How long will my order take?
Production and dispatch take 2 to 7 working days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship to?
Shipping is included in the price — there is nothing added at checkout. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Not for a change of mind. Made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, because the item was produced specifically for you. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or the wrong item arrives, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. See the returns page for the detail.
What does IC XC NIKA mean?
It reads "Jesus Christ conquers". IC XC abbreviates the Greek ΙΗΣΟΥΣ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ — Jesus Christ — using the first and last letter of each name, and NIKA is the verb, conquers. It is an inscription carried on Byzantine crosses and coins for more than a thousand years, and it is on the back of every piece in the Nested Cross range.
