Returns

All items are made to order and produced specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempt made-to-order and personalised goods from the 14-day right to cancel.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at richard@gloryandgains.com. Include your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange collection of the original at our expense.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Dispatch

Production and dispatch: 2–7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
