By placing an order with Glory and Gains you agree to the following terms.

Products

All items are made to order via Printful. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences in displays and printing processes. We do not guarantee availability of any product or variant — items may be discontinued without notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; orders already placed will not be affected.

Fulfilment

Items are produced and dispatched within 2–7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Tracking information will be sent to your email once dispatched.

Returns

Please see our returns policy for details on damaged or defective items. Made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Glory and Gains. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Glory and Gains is not liable for delays caused by production partners, carriers, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
